These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ConstruLog, including the mobile application, web experience, and related reporting and collaboration features.

1. Use of the service

ConstruLog is built for contractors, subcontractors, construction companies, and field teams that need to document work, capture proof, and share reports related to construction projects.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for your account information, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity performed through your user account or by collaborators you invite into projects.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid plan. Subscription renewals, cancellations, billing recovery, and related payment events are managed through the payment providers used by ConstruLog for each platform.

4. AI-generated content

AI features are designed to accelerate drafts and summaries, not replace professional review. You remain responsible for validating generated content before sending, signing, or sharing it with third parties.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use ConstruLog to infringe third-party rights, upload illegal content, interfere with service security, or automate unauthorized access or extraction from the platform.

6. Ownership and license

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service and its related features.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access in cases of misuse, fraud, abuse, or operational risk. You may also stop using the service and cancel your account through the options made available in the product.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConstruLog will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunities, data, or profits arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
