Photos, organized by project
Photos taken in the field are filed under their project with the GPS location and the time they were taken.
ConstruLog is a construction photo documentation and reporting app for contractors, site managers and builders. Crews take photos on site; ConstruLog keeps them organized by project and turns them into a written report the client can read.
At a glance
What it does
Photos taken in the field are filed under their project with the GPS location and the time they were taken.
The AI describes each photo, flags safety and quality findings, and drafts the report from the photos, voice notes and comments you choose.
Why it exists
On most sites the work is documented twice: once in photos during the day, and again at night, when someone sits down to type the report from memory. The photos end up scattered across phones, and the report arrives late, thin, or not at all.
ConstruLog exists to remove that second round. The photos already hold most of the facts, so the app turns them into a structured first draft — and the person who was on site spends their time checking the record instead of rebuilding it.
How we work with AI
Every AI output in ConstruLog is a draft for a person to review, edit and approve.
We publish which models we use, what is sent to them and what is not, and how much AI each plan includes.
