Daily Progress Report — Week 12
Daily report #047
Report
Work progressed on schedule across both units. The crew completed the second-floor drywall installation in Unit A, including taping and the first coat of joint compound on all interior partitions. Electrical rough-in inspection passed in the morning with no corrections required.
In Unit B, the plumbing team finished the supply line replacement in the main bathroom and pressure-tested the new PEX runs at 100 PSI for 30 minutes with no drop. The window delivery scheduled for today arrived complete; all 14 units were verified against the order sheet and staged in the garage.
One issue was identified: minor water staining on the subfloor near the Unit B kitchen exterior wall, consistent with the flashing gap documented in last week's report. The area was photographed and the framing subcontractor was notified. No structural impact observed; remediation is scheduled before insulation.

“Quick note after the walkthrough — the inspector signed off on the electrical rough-in, no corrections. Windows all came in today, fourteen units, checked them one by one. Flag the subfloor staining by the kitchen wall in unit B for Carlos, we need the flashing fixed before insulation goes in next week.”
